La Santa Swing - Getting There
|
Flights You can fly to Lanzarote either directly from many destinations all throughout Europe or via Madrid. If you chose to fly via Madrid, why don't you join us for two days of dancing and sightseeing in the Spanish capital?
Madrid - Lanzarote, 09:30, Ryanair Flight 2015 If you plan on not staying in Madrid overnight, there are also later flights (for example, with Iberia at 13:15), but they are much more expensive. The flight to and from Madrid with Ryanair will cost you around 100 Euros roundtrip. Including a flight to and from Madrid, you should expect to pay around 250 to 300 Euros. Also, there are many direct flights to Lanzarote - especially from the United Kingdom. They can be as much as 350 Euros, however, so you might want to think about getting a cheaper flight and using the money to stay with us in Madrid for a night or two :-) A direct flight from Munich is X3 2842 (TUIfly), and it will cost you around 319 Euros.
Rental Cars If you want to get a rental car for your time on the island, we recommend you get a car from this company. They have really competitive prices: A good choice if you want to spend a considerable amount of time outside the club exploring the island. However, if you only want to take the dance classes and spend time at the club using all of their facilities, a rental car is not necessary and nothing more than a waste of money. Getting to LaSanta Once you are on the island, it is roughly a 30 minute drive from the airport to the club. You have four choices to get to Club La Santa from the airport: 1) Transfer with a club shuttle. If you arrive on the 27th at 16:40 or on the 28th at either 08:20 or 16:55, you can book a spot on the shuttle bus. The cost for the shuttle is 7 Euros and you have to book no later than 10 days before your arrival to get a reserved seat. Just send an eMail containing your flight number, arrival date and arrival time to lasanta@t-online.de to book your seat. 2) Rental car. You can choose to rent a car while you stay on the island with pick-up and drop-off at the airport. A good choice if you want to spend a considerable amount of time outside the club exploring the island. However, if you only want to take the dance classes and spend time at the club using all of their facilities, a rental car is not necessary and nothing more than a waste of money. 3) Take a cab. Every cab driver at the airport knows Club La Santa and will gladly take you there. The cab ride should take roughly 30 minutes and cost you no more than 30 to 35 Euros. 4) Have somebody pick you up. Maybe you know someone who arrived before you at Club La Santa who has a rental car and is willing to pick you up? Below you will find a map showing the way from the airport to Club La Santa. |
